Penta^®-MVG. For hermetization and protection of crystals in transistored assemblies, modules and other semiconductor devices; for casting of internal chamber of power semiconducting modules; for protecting of pressure sensitive elements, heat sensors.
Has high vibration resistance, water-repellent property, resistance to ozone action, resistance to oxidizing materials, UV resistance, has dielectric properties and absent of toxic properties. Has high thermal stability and cold-resistance (from -50°C to +200°C). Chemically inert and does not cause corrosion.

Pentakos-1. For hermetization of items of electronic technology; for protection of p-n junction in semiconducting crystals - possesses protective ability from ionic impurity and other contamination.
When curing Pentakos-1 creates thin firm film, which gives anti adhesiv features to the surface. This film has a high adhesion to base materials.
