Electrical insulating impregnating compound KP-307


It is designed for impregnating of winding in electrical machines (heat-resistance class F and H) by hot dip coating or vacuum-injection impregnating. It is a mixture of polymerized polyesters and polyamide imides that does not contain dissolvent.

Imported primary products and effective Russian additives make it possible to create a product which successfully combine high stability of properties, storage stability, viscosity, cementing capacity (the mixture does not leak away from the winding till curing and does not damage it later) and fast curing at low temperatures.

KP-307 keeps high values of cementing capacity at increasing temperatures (292 N at +20°C and 247 N at +180°C).

The product conforms to technical specifications - TOR 2257-100-40245042-2004.
